I had been to INCS Kochi on 04 Nov 2020 for purchase of a Lap Top for my son (For all other purchases I depend on Muvattupuzha canteen). The behaviour of the clerickal staff detailed for validation of SMART card was heart burning. She never shown curtacy to an Ex-defence personal who travelled approximate 60 Kms, all the way from Pothanicad, just to purchase a single item. Just at the billing counter I was told that the card is to be re-validated, then only it can be used (validity expired on 30 Oct). I approached the counter for validation, then the uniformed naval staff deployed there for controlling I queue told me that prior registration is required for validation (for that a notice was pasted on the wall), how an occational visitor to INCS will come to know about such a notice pasted there. After prolonged request that jentle man permitted me to be at the extreme end of the queue. After about one and a half hours I could reach the person on the counter, a lady of just my daughters age, she litterally thrown the cards on my face, that I handed over to her for validation saying that without prior registration she will not validate it and went out for showing her dissent, that much time which she wasted for sending me out was sufficient enough for validating it !!. I approached the grocery manager and he requested that lady for "any chance of a vlidation" on phone, she reportedly said that will do only after completion of registered customers, maximum of them are yet to reach the queue even, where as I reached her after standing in then available queue. A Manager not powerful enough to order his staff to validate a SMART card of a genuine customer? !. I approached an exservice man on the costly items counter for lenting me his card for billing that Lap Top who cheerfully got the item billed for me... A big salute to that veteran who stood with me... and damn to that lady cleark.... This is the bad state of a poor retiree in front of such staff... even now I could not diagest the insult caused to me... Such staff should not be allowed to deal with veterans.what is the right mode of registering a complaint in this regard.. Regi M, Ex Sgt 😢😢🙏
I have noticed in INCS Kochi we don't know whether it is open or closed, due to some Admin reason. How we known the incs open or closed when i ring for knowing no body will pick the phone
