Forwarding of my representation to a wrong Department by DESW

Respected Madam / Sir,
My
attached application to DESW has been wrongly forwarded to Directorate
of Army veterans instead of Directorate of Air Veterans.
I
am a Air Force Veteran & Ex Sgt M B Chandran, My service
particulars were clearly mentioned in my Representation.It is shameful
to the entire MOD/DESW that an officer responsible for the welfare of
Ex-servicemen do not know the Ranks in three services & their
respective Directorate of Veterans.
Due to such ignorant
people working in MOD / ESW, the pension Pension sanctioning of many
widows / Veer Narris were Held up for years together.
We
ex-servicemen were very much impressed by the Good Governance Program
announced by our Hon Prime minister Shri Narendra Modi, These type of
people working in various departments are torpedoing his Ambitious
program & this is the condition of Good governance Programme at fag
end of the five year Term of this Government.
As a Columnist I
used to Point out to the Govt,that ma,y Ambitious programs of this Govt
are Torpedoed by Bureaucrats lobby& this is a fine example that.I
am taking up this with the PMO grievance cell.
You are
Kindly requested to look in to this matter & take appropriate
corrective action with intimation to me. Copy of my original
representation & copy of wrong forwarding letter received is
attached herewith.

The same is done while preparing App X of CIR. 501,in that the terms of engagement is mentioned for HFO without knowing the promotion policy of Air Force.
ReplyDeleteI am also effected, in that the terms of engagement for HFO is mentioned 32 yrs.in stead of 33 yrs. HCO is awarded only on superannuation.This the only rank awarded on superannuation in armed forces.The app. X of PCDA cir. 501 is prepared without knowing Air Force Policy by PCDA ALLAHABAD.
ReplyDeleteIn the Air Force, Honorary Commission is granted in the last year of their service before super annuation when he would have served more than 35 years. Where from they have picked up service for Hony Flying Officer is 32 years. If you go through the report of First Pay commission headed by Varadachari to the 7th CPC Armed forces personnel are treated as second class citizen. No amount of pleading is going to help us.
