sir,
ReplyDeleteis it legally permitted to have equal remuneration in the matter of disability pension and field allowances to all rank regardless of rank structure?
When arm of a soldier is amputated in war why we are being given less disability pension because of it is made of wood whereas other ranks are benefited more than us why is it legally viable to take the matter to the court
secondly in border enemy bullet does not recognize it is officer or jawan and also cold wind doe not discriminate
why we cannot fight for equal remuneration
Sir, kindly provide the details of case or the date of decision of delhi high court.
ReplyDeleteRation (food items, money in lieu of ration)also should be the same.
ReplyDeleteThe discrimination at present are being created by the Offices of the Armed Forces only and not by the Govt. Separate Associations must be formed by all JCOs and Jawans henceforth and make every possible distance from the Indian Commissioned Britishers.
