Ram Niwas Singhal 24 May 17. Dear Mohan - Thanks for your efforts to approach Hon'ble under secretary to intervene & extend kind help to family Pensioner on the subject
MANY ARE LEFT BEHIND .WIDOWS ARE STILL STRUGGLING TO GET THEIR ENTITLEMENT.MY EYES SHET TEARS FOR THEM ,WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER US.IMMEDIATE STEPS ARE TO BE TAKEN ,FOR ANY DELAY THE BANK SHOULD PAY WITH INTEREST .PCDA ALLHABAD NOTIFIED ALREADY IN CIRCULAR NO 165.KINDLY TAKE STEPS AS CHAIRMEN . THANKING YOU WITH REGARDS,
It is unfair to say that most of ESM has received the full arrears of D-Linking of 33 years service as per Circular No.568. As per the Voice of Pensioners DL-33 Arrears Chart (DL-33 IAF) the entitled basic pension of a Y Group SGT from 1.1.06 to 30.6.14 is Rs.6420/-and is still due for balance of arrears amounting Rs.2,63,769-00. Most of Ex-servicemen are not aware of about their balance arrears and most of the banks are keeping mum. Though I wrote to my pension paying SBI bank and CPPU for payment of outstanding arrears as per circular 568,I have not received any reply yet. Directorate of Air Force Veterans (DAV) also instructed all Pension Paying Banks to pay the arrears due to Ex-servicemen as early as possible. Please look into the matter.
Please correct the name of addressee as Mr. Mohana Ranga in my above comments on his letter to Under Secretary, Ex-servicemen Welfare, also correct CPPC for CPPU. Thanks.
