ARMY TO ADOPT A NEW APPROACH TO HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
In view of fast changes taking place in the society, Indian Army has taken a decision to adopt a new approach in the human resource development. It is worth mentioning that the Army is ceased of the issues to redress the ever increasing grievances of the men in uniform.

In a statement issued by the Army, the six days' Commanders"Conference had a brain stormingsession, on the issues of Pay & Promotion of Senior Officers., resentment
of Jawans on prevalence of "Sahayak" system & other concerned
issues. They took a decision to settle the issues with a more realistic
approach.

ReplyDeleteAn army officer is engaging the services of cook and batman what they call it as sahayak. All demeaning work, not only officer's shoe polishing, equally their wives are having summary power to order the jawans. this is not in other two wings even naib subedar and above are misusing the services of jawans for doing their personal work. this thamash is happening only in army
But for the sahayak system, every PB(OR) is happy with the pay and promotion..? Real brain steaming indeed.

DeleteMostly low medical categories due sickness or injury persons are details for sevadar duty. Healthy ans fit personnels are not. But some people who are nit interested in service volunteers this work to escape tuff military duty. Alas this same class of people who retire after 'aiyyayyo'service are the most beneficiary in getting delinking 33 years for full pension norm. The true soldier who fought his way UP by hardwork didnt his due in this case.
ReplyDeleteI will say this is only a balderdash because evenif you institute a in-house audit then too the sahayak system will incessently continue. If you deliberately stop this then some democratic system be instituted and the CHMs,RHMs and JAs must be abolished because these CHAMCHs are more keen to detail sahayak.
