      Low intellectual level of Subedar Major, if Satbir Singh had not filed review petition, OROP-2 dues would have been cleared by now as Supreme Court has said Satbir Singh's Bhatije LLB FAIL Legal team ke "Review Petition Meh Koi Dum Nahi"
      सतबीर सिंह की मानसिकता DFR - Duty Free Rum Peekay सूबेदार मेजर जैसी हो गई है क्योंकि उन्होंने 30 Lakhs ESM PENSIONERS ईएसएम पेंशनरों की नहीं सुनी REVIEW PETITION "समीक्षा याचिका ना फाइल करे"
      सूबेदार मेजर का निम्न बौद्धिक स्तर, यदि सतबीर सिंह ने REVIEW PETITION समीक्षा याचिका दायर नहीं की होती तो ओआरओपी-2 का बकाया अब तक चुका दिया होता as Supreme Court has said "रिव्यु पिटीशन मेह कोई दम नहीं"
      LOW INTELLECTUAL LEVEL of Subedar Major, if Satbir Singh wouldn't have filed REVIEW PETITION, OROP-2 ARREARS would have been PAID by now.

      One of my friend says his RANK for pension is naik though served for 8 months in the capacity of HAVILDAR. HIS PPO remain for RANK for pension naik. Can any one help for pension for his HAVILDAR PENSION which he held.
