Proceedure for filing RTI  online

Please click on the RTI online Shown under the second left side chat box which will direct you to the the RTI site.

1)    Click on RTI Request shown on the left side top of the site which

Will direct you to next page

2)    Click on the Accept box shown on the left bottom of the site& then click on the submit  shown below which will take you to next page

3)    The First column of this page, Select ministry as Department of Ex-servicemen welfare.

4)    Second Column Select Public authority as Department of Ex-servicemen welfare

5)    Please fill your personal particulars in all other columns

6)    Paste the following Draft duly completed by you in the space for RTI Request Application

7)    Next Click on the Browse button & Up load the XL Sheet of your arrears calculated by you in PDF Format( If you fell difficulty you may skip this)

8)    Then Copy the Scarcity Code as shown & click Submit Button which will take you to next page

9)    This page is the payment section, Click on the Make payment Button which will take you to page where you can select your bank & make payment.

10) At the end of this Process you will get a registration Number

For the interest payable to me @ 8%  per annum for delaying the payment of my above arrears as per PCDA Circular No.165 dated 22.02.2013 & RBI letter F. No. RBI/2013-13/103, GBA.GAD.No.H4/31.05.001/2012-13 dated July 2, 2012

3) Copy of Explanation asked by the head office of -------- Bank against the defaulting CPPC------------Place for Non compliance of PCDA Circular 568.                       

4) Copy of my arrears sheet in respect of PCDA circular 547 showing the Pro-rata basic pension taken for calculation of arrears under PCDA Circular 568.
