UPDATE ON OROP PETITION
Today 24 Mar 2020 OROP case was to be listed for final arguments in HSC.
Unfortunately because of CORONA precautions and clamp down of DELHI, HSC has been working taking up only very important cases. OROP case has not been taken up today as Justice Dr Chandrachud court did not sit. HSC is likely to work in this situation as long as DELHI is closed. Clampdown in Delhi could be extended for a long time. However we will know the real situation in evening when Honourable PM will address the nation.
I will keep members informed of any update on the date of hearing.
